This Privacy Policy explains how AiMedia Clips collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our websites, video tools, and social publishing integrations.

• Account information: username, email address, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
• Content: videos, audio, images, text, captions, prompts, project settings, and generated outputs you submit or create.
• Usage and device data: feature interactions, logs, browser or device information, approximate network information, and security events.
• Transaction data: purchase status and billing references. Payment providers process full payment credentials under their own policies.

When you connect TikTok, we may receive your TikTok account identifier, display name, avatar, granted scopes, access token, refresh token, and token expiry information. TikTok tokens are encrypted at rest on our server and used only for actions you authorize.

When you connect YouTube, the Google access token and resumable upload session remain in your browser's runtime memory and are not stored by our server. We may store your YouTube channel ID, channel name, avatar, granted scope names, and publishing records so the selected channel can be displayed and audited.

We receive publication identifiers, status, errors, and resulting content links when needed to show progress and prevent duplicate publication.

• Provide, operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Process media and generate outputs requested by you.
• Connect social accounts and publish only after your express confirmation.
• Maintain publishing status, prevent duplicates, and support retries.
• Communicate service, security, support, and transaction information.
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and prevent fraud or abuse.

We share information only as needed with infrastructure, storage, processing, authentication, payment, support, and analytics providers; with TikTok, Google/YouTube, or another platform when you request an integration action; in a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell TikTok or YouTube user data.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and account status.

TikTok credentials are retained until you disconnect the account, revoke authorization, delete the relevant account, or the credentials become invalid, subject to limited security or legal records. Disconnecting initiates token revocation. Stored credentials are deleted after successful revocation; if revocation temporarily fails, they may remain encrypted for a limited period while we retry. YouTube access tokens are cleared from runtime memory when they expire, when you disconnect, or when the page session ends.

You may request account or personal-data deletion by contacting us. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, server-side encryption of TikTok credentials, restricted logging, and separation of platform credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Our providers and social platform integrations may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. You can disconnect social accounts within AiMedia Clips and revoke permissions directly in TikTok or Google account settings.

AiMedia Clips is not directed to children who are not old enough to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.
