These Terms govern your access to and use of AiMedia Clips, including our websites, video tools, account features, and social publishing integrations. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use AiMedia Clips on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AiMedia Clips provides tools for creating, editing, processing, downloading, and publishing video content. Features may use artificial intelligence and third-party services. Outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed by you before use or publication.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or product development.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security safeguards.

You retain ownership of videos, audio, text, images, and other materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to perform actions you request.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to use and publish your content, including music, likenesses, trademarks, and personal data contained in it.

When you connect TikTok, YouTube, or another platform, you authorize AiMedia Clips to access only the permissions shown during authorization. Connecting an account does not itself publish content.

We initiate an upload or publication only after you select the destination account, review the content and settings, and expressly confirm the action. Platform processing, visibility, moderation, availability, and final publication are controlled by the applicable platform and its terms.

You may disconnect a social account from AiMedia Clips and may also revoke access from the platform's own account settings.

You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; create deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or unlawful content; distribute malware; bypass access controls; interfere with the service; or publish content without the necessary authorization and consent.

The service integrates with providers such as TikTok, YouTube, cloud storage, payment, and infrastructure services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for a third party's independent decisions, outages, moderation, or policy changes.

Paid features, credits, taxes, renewal terms, and refund eligibility are presented before purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed usage-based charges are non-refundable.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risk, legal obligation, or harm to users, platforms, or the service.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, unique, lawful for every use, or accepted by a social platform. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.

To the extent permitted by law, AiMedia Clips will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by third-party platforms, user content, or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control.
